For a recent design project, designer Mandy Brencys took the original look of Evian’s Water Bottle and gave it a much needed Star Wars upgrade!

J.R., Tyler…. We HAVE to do this….
Beergaritas:
Two 12 oz bottles of beer (For this, I suggest Corona or Sol)
2 oz Tequila
1 small tin of frozen Limeade
Ice
Salt
Limes
Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Serve with the last three ingredients. On the rocks, as any decent Beergarita should be served.
Or, if you’re into more of the frozen feel, Mix the first 3 ingredients with the ice in a blender.
I like to drink mine with lots of limes. And fresh mint. But I’m weird with the mint.
Enjoy.
I want this…
Dogfish Head World Wide Stout
Another goodie from Drink IPA. This boozy monster stout, 18% ABV, was bottled in 2010, so it has almost a year or so of age on it. It pours very slowly and viscously out of the bottle with no head present but a thin layer of beige appears around the rim of the glass that sticks very well. The deep jet black is very impressive, hints of brown around the edges, but black as the blackest night. Alcohol is the initial fragrance but strong chocolate aromas with bourbon and oaky vanillas creep out slowly followed by a faint coffee aroma that keeps the alcohol and chocolate from over sweetening the nose. The flavors start with a lot of chocolate, dark bitter chocolate that is sweetened by the accelerated alcohol levels which is very pleasant and complimented by some faint bitter coffee flavors and a fair amount of chocolatey malt. The oak and bourbon make a small appearance again, but not as strong as in the nose. It’s quite thick and viscous and has a lot of heat from the alcohol, but doesn’t burn the throat or tongue, and gets considerably smoother as it warms.
Verdict: One of the best high ABV beers I’ve had. Not quite on the level of Black Tuesday but for the price and quality, it’s fantastic. A strong sipper that really hits the spot and is surprisingly non aggressive for the alcohol content.
